My vision for Dalmarnock was to return the area to the community by creating environment that prioritises pedestrians and fosters local enterprise. A central market to serve as both a hub for fresh, locally grown produce and a vibrant social space for food, drink, and recreation. Combining pedestrian pathways with areas for urban farming will create a greener, more natural setting, while the market itself will inspire entrepreneurship by allowing established vendors to teach their knowledge and skills, empowering residents to start their own businesses and build a place of learning, pride, and community spirit.
